We produce all of our PET
products in-house at Oxnard, California.
PET Extrusion
Using state-of-the-art extrusion
equipment, and only the highest quality raw materials, our containers
get the right start. Raw PET resin is converted into sheet form, and
wound onto large master rolls to prepare for thermoforming. This in-house
process allows for total control of the critical raw material phase,
and provides the fastest response time to meet customer demand.

Thermoform Production
Large-format, in-line thermoforming
equipment, running at rapid cycle times, produces high-quality formed
container tubs and lids. High output is matched to an extremely high
level of in-process quality control, assuring that all components meet
or exceed the high standards required for this type of product container.
Final packaging puts all components into poly bags, before packing into
corrugated cartons, to insure that dirt, dust and other potential contamination
is kept to an absolute minimum.
